Karen Cercone, NP-C received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master’s degree from Chamberlain University. Karen brings a wealth of experience to Proactive MD, having worked in diverse healthcare settings including emergency care, family practice care, mental health, occupational health, and more. Karen is excited to return to primary care where she looks forward to developing strong relationships with her patients and promoting preventive care.
Kristen Krupa serves as Patient Advocate for Porter Trust with Proactive MD. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in human services and social work. Kristen worked as a case manager for nearly 12 years serving primarily the elderly population as well as medically fragile children. She and her family reside in Lowell, Indiana. In her free time she enjoys reading books, crafting, thrift shopping, and spending time with her two grand babies.
