Jessica Glinski, NP

Jessica Glinski, DNP, FNP-BC, discovered her passion for nursing while deployed in Iraq. After being honorably discharged from the Army, she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Morehead State University. While there, Jessica assisted in crisis relief for many natural disasters, including Hurricane Katrina. She later attended Valparaiso University where she received her doctor of nursing practice degree with a family nurse practitioner specialty. She has experience working in oncology, intensive care, telemetry step-down units, hematology, wound care, orthopedics, and urgent care. Jessica is incredibly passionate about serving others and is committed to caring for underserved populations.

Kristen Krupa serves as Patient Advocate for Porter Trust with Proactive MD. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in human services and social work. Kristen worked as a case manager for nearly 12 years serving primarily the elderly population as well as medically fragile children. She and her family reside in Lowell, Indiana. In her free time she enjoys reading books, crafting, thrift shopping, and spending time with her two grand babies.
