Richard Zimmerman, FNP-BC, graduated from Purdue University Calumet with a BSN in Nursing in 1996. He obtained his Master’s degree from IU/Purdue Fort Wayne in 2016. His work experience includes critical-care, cardiology, and emergency medicine prior to transitioning to family practice in 2021. He views his practice as a collaboration with patients, and believes that better outcomes are achieved when patients take ownership of their health. In his off-time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Jean Herd, MSN, FNP, received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute. She completed her master’s in nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. Jean has experience working in family health, for the Veterans Health Administration, and for various local primary care organizations. Jean is excited to bring her expertise to the patients she serves.
