Sandria R Nixon, DNP, FNP graduated from Andrews University with an MSN and from Valparaiso University with her DNP. She has worked in a variety of setting over the span of her career including, Family medicine, Urgent care, Endocrinology and as a Hospitalist in St. Joe, MI. Sandria thoroughly enjoy caring for her patients. She takes great pride in having a hand in their health and wellness. When she is not at work, Sandri enjoys her family, outdoor exercise, and spending time with friends.
Linley Oneal, NP
Linley Oneal, FNP-BC, obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and received her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. She began her nursing career working in orthopedic neurosurgery and trauma. Linley worked primarily in the emergency care setting before coming to Proactive MD as an RN in 2019.
Amelia Hooper, CNC
Amelia Hooper, CNC, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana before earning her Nutrition Coaching Certification, her Menopause Coaching Certification, and becoming a personal trainer. Her work experience includes social work, nutrition coaching, and private health coaching. Amelia looks forward to providing you Care Without Compromise.
