Chantel Anderson, NP

Chantel Anderson DNP, FNP-BC, graduated from Valparaiso University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and post- graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She has worked in family practice, emergency medicine, and the urgent care setting for the past 13 years. Chantel is eager to serve you care that won't quit.

Linley Oneal, NP

Linley Oneal, FNP-BC, obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and received her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. She began her nursing career working in orthopedic neurosurgery and trauma. Linley worked primarily in the emergency care setting before coming to Proactive MD as an RN in 2019.
